Winterisation

As you start to think about your Christmas shutdown, make sure your compressed air system is also ready to do so… Drain off any condensate to ensure it dsnt freeze. Adjust louvers to minimise cold air to the compressor inlet so it reaches operating temperature quickly by adjusting louvers. This ensures proper lubrication and minimises moisture formation in the oil circuit.

Use cabinet or ambient heaters to preheat and keep lubricant warm.
