At Air Kraft, we’re looking for an organised, commercially minded Estimator & Administrator to support our installation projects from quote to completion. If you're analytical, love numbers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced technical environment, this could be your perfect next step.
What you'll be doing:
• Preparing accurate, detailed sales quotations for a wide range of installation projects
• Negotiating with suppliers and managing lead times and costs
• Liaising with engineers to coordinate materials, timelines, and project needs
• Overseeing inventory and conducting regular stock checks
• Monitoring job costs and ensuring strong profit margins
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track
What you'll bring:
• Experience in estimating, quoting, or cost analysis (1+ year)
• Confidence with Excel and a solid grasp of margins, mark-ups, and pricing
• A background in or understanding of mechanical/engineering environments
• A detail-focused, proactive, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
