Employee Spotlight - Bev!
This month we’re shining the spotlight on Bev, our brilliant Service Administrator, who’s been with Air Kraft Ltd. for almost four years!
Bev plays a key role in keeping our service operations running smoothly — from coordinating our team of service engineers and ordering parts, to booking site visits, raising invoices, and handling warranty claims. She’s also the first point of contact when a breakdown occurs, ensuring our customers’ needs are managed quickly and professionally.
Here’s what Bev had to say about her role:
