How PSA Technology Works

PSA nitrogen generators use twin towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS) to separate nitrogen from compressed air. As air passes through the first tower, the CMS adsorbs oxygen and other trace gases, allowing high-purity nitrogen to flow through.

While one tower is active, the other regenerates, ensuring an uninterrupted nitrogen supply. This method is highly energy-efficient, dependable and ideal for continuous-use environments.
