Faster Cutting. Better Edges. Lower Gas Costs.

Laser Cutting MIX is a precision nitrogen-oxygen gas mixer developed specifically for laser cutting, allowing operators to optimise cutting speed, edge quality and operating cost, particularly on mild steel and aluminium.

By blending nitrogen and oxygen in controlled ratios, LC MIX combines the advantages of both gases in a single, stable supply.

Why Use Mixed Gas for Laser Cutting?

Up to 4-5 times faster cutting than oxygen alone (mild steel)

Reduced burr compared with pure nitrogen

Paint-ready and weld-ready edges

Ability to cut thicker material than nitrogen alone

Reduced secondary finishing and rework

Improved productivity and throughput

For aluminium, LC MIX can deliver up to 40% faster cutting with cleaner edges compared to pure nitrogen
