Our latest project involves setting up an advanced production line to produce PET bottles.
To ensure the highest quality, we’re using oil-free compressed air at 40Bar (801psi) pressure. This ensures the PET bottles are perfect for beverage use, maintaining the purity and safety of the products.
We’ve installed an Atlas Copco turnkey solution and the setup includes:
- An adiabatic water cooler with concrete base and fenced enclosure
- Atlas Copco P110 42Bar 110kW reciprocation compressor
- High pressure receiver
- Dryer and filtration system
All components were delivered, positioned, secured, and connected with welded stainless steel pipework, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
